3. We obtain ISBN
4. Format copyright page (first page Book)
5. Register copyright (optional - additional cost)
6. Set price for e-Book with author
7. Upload and publish e-Book

 3) Monitor Earnings (Royalties) = $2096.
e-Book revenue paid directly to Author based on first 500 sales @ $5.99 ($4.19 revenue to author @ 70%) 
If it doesn't sell on Internet - don't waste money on printing.
Recoup Initial cost before printing!

 4) Print 500 Books (Net Earnings) = $8,700.
Estimated cost $9.50 per book, printing 500 paperbacks
